Portrait of Kamilla Gulieva

Hi, I'm Kamilla.

Whatever has brought you here, I offer a warm, nurturing and non-judgemental space where all parts of you are welcome.

I believe therapy can be a place not only to cope, but to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with yourself; especially the parts that may have been overlooked or carrying too much for too long.

With years of experience, I regularly work with themes such as codependency, love addiction, sexuality, emotional dependency, and relationship anxiety. Many of my clients are professionals, creatives, and highly sensitive individuals longing for a space where they don't need to perform, hold everything together or have all the answers.

My hope is that therapy offers you a place to feel seen, find your voice, cultivate compassion for yourself. Together, we can move towards a life that feels more connected, authentic and aligned with who you are.

Some of the areas I support

  • Anxiety, depression, and overthinking
  • Low self-esteem and shame
  • Eating disorders and body image difficulties
  • Relationship, family, and attachment issues
  • Grief, bereavement, and life transitions
  • Addictions and compulsive behaviours
  • Sexuality, desire, and intimacy
  • Suicidal thoughts or feelings of hopelessness
  • Illness and long-term health conditions
  • Spirituality and search for meaning

About me

A little about my path.

I'm a qualified BACP transpersonal psychotherapist with years of experience supporting people through emotional transitions. My approach is rooted in compassion, and I'm here to help you explore your own process in your own time, without judgement.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a yoga teacher and studied at Central Saint Martins. My interests include eastern philosophy, meditation, and electronic music, all of which continue to shape how I think about healing, and what it means to live a connected life.

I use she/they pronouns and I'm part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I offer an affirming space for all gender identities and sexual orientations, and I'm also a kink-allied therapist; if you're exploring non-normative relationships or identities, you are welcome here.

How I work

I work with the Psychosynthesis model, a holistic approach that holds every dimension of who you are - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual as part of the picture.

Unlike traditional psychoanalysis, psychosynthesis doesn't only look at what is wounded or stuck. It also makes room for your strengths, aspirations and the parts of you that are ready to grow.

We work with what arises: thought, feeling, image, body. Gently integrating experience and moving towards a sense of wholeness.
